We, the members and leaders of Lakisha Kelley Ministries (LKM), being guided by the Holy Spirit and governed by the Word of God, establish this Constitution and Bylaws as the governing framework of this ministry.
Our purpose is to conduct ourselves in a manner that honors Jesus Christ, upholds biblical truth, and ensures accountability in accordance with both Scriptural principles and the laws of the State of Georgia.
This ministry is incorporated under the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Act and recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt religious organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As such, the ministry shall operate exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes, with no part of its net earnings benefiting private individuals.
Lakisha Kelley Ministries acknowledges its identity as part of the Body of Christ, serving as a covenant community of believers. We commit ourselves to:
